In view of the world oil crisis and to focus on reducing the fossil fuel impacts to environment, as well as to participate in Kyoto Protocol, Eterindo introduces the environmental friendly product, Biodiesel, which derives from Palm Oil. As an alternative fuel, Biodiesel has a number of advantages such as :
- Renewable fuel, non-toxic and biodegradable
- Low emission and reduces carcinogenic impact
- High cetane number, ensuring quick engine start-up in cold climates
- Can be used without engine modification
- High flashpoint, which makes safer fuel to handle

 
With abundance of feedstock, especially palm oil, Eterindo gains a benefit in getting the feedstock locally. By selection of quality feedstock and strict internal Quality Control, Eterindo consistently supplies quality Biodiesel that meets both National as well as International Standards.

Moving further to secure feedstock and to create higher value added to the business in in the long term, Eterindo has acquired 2 palm oil plantations in West Kalimantan with the total area of 40,000 ha. The total planted area with potential CPO yield around 130,000 - 160,000 MTPA.
